As a child, she traveled constantly throughout Europe due to her mother's singing career. At the age of 10, she starred in a commercial for Levi Strauss & Co., directed by David Fincher. As a teenager, she settled in New York, where she has lived for many years. Lisandrello graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
