Born April 2, 1990, Milwaukee is an American actress.
She graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2012. In the meantime, she began her television career with appearances in The Good Wife, CSI: Miami Crime Scene Investigation, and Grey's Anatomy. Her breakout role was as Rachel Posner on the Netflix series House of Cards in 2013-15, which earned her an Emmy nomination in 2015.
In early 2014, Brosnahan took on minor roles in the TV series Black List and Black Box. Later in 2014, she landed a central role in the WGN America series Manhattan, and then a leading role in the CBS miniseries The Dovekeepers.
