Born January 8, 1942 - American actress, three-time Golden Globe nominee .
Mimo was born and raised in Los Angeles into a French and Mexican family. Before signing with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in 1959, Mimo entered several beauty contests. She made her debut in the film Platinum High School, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe. Then she starred in the films "Time Machine" (1960), "Where the guys are" (1960), "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" (1962), "Light in the Square" (1962), "The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm" (1962) , "Diamond Crown Drill" (1963), "Toys in the Attic" (1963), "Joy in the Morning" (1965), "Reward" (1965), "Darkness of the Sun" (1968), "Airplane Hijacker" (1972) and Black Hole (1979) .
On television, Mimo starred in the short-lived ABC series Deadliest Games (1970-71), which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. During the 1970s and 1980s, she also starred in a series of made-for-television films. In 1985, she starred in NBC's disastrous prime-time soap opera The Berrengers.
