Born June 18, 1985 in Piedmont, California is an American actor, screenwriter, producer and animation artist.
Known as the creator of the animated television series Gravity Falls, produced by Disney XD. Prior to that, he took part in the work on such animated series as The Amazing Misadventures of Flapjack and Rybology. Hirsch graduated from the California Institute of the Arts.
