On December 12, 2012, Marshall-Green married actress Diane Gurich, who officially took his last name, and adopted her illegitimate daughter Kulla May (born April 6, 2010), who also received his last name. On April 11, 2014, the couple had a son, Tennessee, Logan Marshall-Green.
