She began her career in modeling and advertising near Houston. After several months of travel to Los Angeles, she moved there permanently with her mother. She played her first role in the Nickelodeon youth TV series Non-Takaya (2004). She has also played small roles on shows such as Zoe 101 and Hannah Montana. She got her first major role in the movie Scar 3D (2007). She later played Kirby in Project X: Dropped.
