Born April 17, 1981 in Brooklyn, New York - American actor.
He got his first film role at the age of thirteen (film "Lassie"). Charlie then starred in several episodes of such famous TV series as "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "House Doctor". In 2001, he starred as Corporal Smith in Black Hawk Down, and in 2004 he played Kevin, a young perimeter security patrol who helped Ivy get the medicine she needed in Forest of Mystery (which was nominated for a Film Oscar, see Oscar (film award, 2004)).
