Born April 24, 1973, Teenek, New Jersey, USA is an American screenwriter, producer and actor.
Graduated from Tinek High School. He grew up in a Jewish family, his paternal relatives are Swedes. Damon attended New York University Film School, and after graduation moved to Los Angeles. He began his writing career in 1999 when he became a semi-finalist for the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship for his painting Perfectionists. Lindelof is also the author of the Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk by Marvel Comics, published since January 2006. Despite the planned six episodes, work on them was discontinued immediately after the second episode was released in February 2006, due to the fact that Lindelof was busy working on the TV series Lost. Writing the Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk was completed in 2008; the comic hit store shelves in March 2009. He is one of the authors of the script for the film "Prometheus" by Ridley Scott.
In December 2008, Lindelof was a guest at The Write Environment.
In 2011, he helped develop ABC's Once Upon a Time, which was produced by former Lost writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, but was not officially featured in the pilot episode.
