He studied at the Drama Center London, along with Tom Hardy and Michael Fassbender. Georgio first participated in theatrical productions of the Royal National Theater, and since 2003, he began acting in films and television.
He has played small roles in films such as Mamma Mia !, Scar and 300: Rise of an Empire. He has also appeared on TV series such as Law & Order: London, The Ghosts and The Americans. In 2013, he starred in one episode of the third season of HBO's "Game of Thrones" as Deal Eraz. He returned to this role in 2016. He also appeared in the 2015 spy series Homeland as the Hezbollah commander.
