Born November 15, 1982, Holyoke, Massachusetts - American director of photography and filmmaker.
From the age of eighteen he started working as a director. For example, his creative nature resulted in commercials for the sports brand Mikasa, and a little later he shot a video for Adidas. For 20 years, he worked for Panavision in Woodland Hills for eight years, serving as a technician and engineer, working on the final image processing.
The operator's style can be described as expressionistic. He often makes linear, speed-changing frames and does it somewhat harmoniously, with a slight touch of a certain Stanley Kubrick style that he enjoys. This technique is called Speed ??Ramping and was used by William Eubank in promotional videos for Mikasa, Skullcandy, Adidas, Honda. To make the fighting championships held by the UFC look more interesting and spectacular, they specially invited an operator to shoot in this technique.
Having gained experience in filming, the cameraman in 2011 released his debut directorial work entitled "Love". The film, with elements of fantasy and philosophical elements, was shot in collaboration with the group Angels And Airwaves, who wrote the soundtrack for the tape. They also asked the operator to stage the film. To somehow compensate for the small budget, Eubank used everything he could from the available means, from pizza boxes to broken washing machines. All this was collected and turned into film frames in the garden of the cameraman's parents.
