Born August 14, 1968 is an American television actress and producer.
Bell started her modeling career in Japan. She later studied acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and at the same time earned a tuition for filming a TV show. In 1992, she was Isabella Rossellini's stunt double in Death Becomes Her, and later she began to get more prominent roles in film and television.
Bell is best known for her starring role as Colonel Sarah Mackenzie on the television series Military Legal Service, where she starred from 1996 to 2005.
