Aida Nikolaychuk is a Ukrainian singer who was born on March 3, 1982 in the south of Ukraine, in Odessa. From childhood she was interested in music, already in the first grade of elementary school she sang in the choir, acting as a soloist. Having entered the school, the future singer gets acquainted with a band performing hip-hop music. The acquaintance becomes productive and until 2002 Aida is a member of the group, taking the place of a backing vocalist.
Aida's life changes dramatically in 2011. She is casting for the second season of The X Factor, but retires during the training camp stage. However, the failure was followed by the first success: in the November project X-Factor online, Aida Nikolaychuk becomes the winner, and on New Year's Eve, Aida wins the general competition of the second season. In this regard, Nikolaychuk is invited to perform in Moscow and Berlin.
Winning the X-Factor online project provided for the opportunity to go directly to the training camp stage in the next season of the show. Aida decides to go further and again takes part in a vocal competition. Thanks to the stable and strong support, Aida was not included in the number of participants who were threatened with leaving the show. Shortly after the singer is among the top three finalists, Nikolaychuk wins the third season of the X-Factor show.
After a successful performance, Aida begins to cooperate with the world-famous recording company Sony Music. At the end of spring, the first single is released and a solo concert of the singer is organized in her native Odessa. In the summer of the same year, the presentation of the video clip takes place, and in December the first album of Aida Nikolaychuk is released, the content of which was characterized by the presence of tracks of different styles and musical directions, which distinguished the performer during her participation in the show.
Also in 2013, Aida took part in the initial stage of selection for Eurovision as a representative of Ukraine, but the attempt was unsuccessful. She won the competition of the Russian music TV channel Music Box on September 4, 2013. Aida Nikolaychuk spent 2013 in constant travel and work in the studio, it was this period that became the beginning of the singer's career.
