American theater and film actor Josh Lucas hails from Little Rock, Arkansas. Here he was born in June 1971. After leaving school, nineteen-year-old Josh came to Hollywood to find work. In subsequent years, Lucas received guest roles on various television series, including True Colors from Fox, Jake and the Fat Man from CBS, and Life Goes on from ABC.
Later, the actor starred in the television movie Child of Darkness, Child of Light, and in 1992 the film Survive was released - the first film with Josh Lucas shown on the big screens. The actor soon appeared in Desperate Dad, a hit comedy starring Patrick Swayze.
