Born April 25, 1946 - American actress, best known for her roles in The Godfather and Rocky (except the last one). She was twice nominated for an Oscar - for her role as Connie Corleone in The Godfather 2 (1974) and Adrian Pennino in Rocky (1976) .
Born into the family of arranger and composer Carmine Coppola and Italy Pennino Coppola.
Sister of director Francis Ford Coppola, mother of actor Jason Schwartzman ("Train to Darjeeling"), aunt of Nicolas Cage. She was the wife of composer David Shire, from whom she has a son, Matthew Orlando Shire. From her second marriage to producer Jack Schwartzman, who died on June 15, 1994, Talia has two sons.
