Graduated from the Academy of Theater, Film, Radio and Television in Belgrade (1964). In 1964-1966 - actor of the Yugoslav Drama Theater in Belgrade.
Film debut - an episode in the film directed by Zhike Mitrovic "Esalon doktora M." (1955).
Performed 110 film roles. Under the pseudonym Anthony Gidra has appeared in 20 Italian spaghetti westerns and action films.
He was the husband of actress Liliana Kontic.
Died of liver cancer. Buried in the Alley of Honored Citizens of the New Cemetery in Belgrade.
