Born October 29, 1979 in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK. Father's name is Alan and mother is Susan. He has an older sister, Sarah-Jane Potts, who is also an actress. Graduated from the Leeds School of Performing Arts and began his career in musical theater, simultaneously taking part in television projects and films on English television, such as Children's Ward, Heartbeat, Delzill and Pascoe, The X-Files of Strange, War Foyle, Fat Friends, Dead Fish, Rose and Maloney, and Taggart.
