Born on February 19, 1969 in the village of Biryulka, Irkutsk Region.
He spent his childhood in Irkutsk. He graduated from high school in the north. He served in the border troops.
In 1990 he entered the Moscow Higher Theater School. Shchukin to the course of Yu.P. Lyubimov.
After graduating from the Shchukin School, in 1994 he was enrolled in the troupe of the Taganka Theater.
