Vadim Yuryevich Prodanov, better known under the pseudonym Dmitry Prodanov, was born on August 13, 1964 in a simple working-class family. Throughout his adult life, the boy knew his destiny - to become a professional actor. That is why right after school, while still very young, a seventeen-year-old boy, Vadim without hesitation decides to enter the Shchukin School for acting. Prodanov successfully completed his studies in 1985, but the guy did not dare to rush into work, as if into a pool with his head. For two years Dmitry Prodanov served in the ranks of the theater team of the Soviet Army. In 1989, he understands that theatrical art is not the limit of his capabilities, and again enters the Shchukin School, but already at the faculty of directing to one of the best teachers - Palamishev. It was as a student that for the second time in his life Vadim Yurievich begins his stormy acting career. He joined the troupe of the Mossovet Theater, where he first showed himself not only as an actor, but also as a stage director. Since 1990, Dmitry has shared his work in America, Atlanta, and in France, Canada, and Germany, even in Holland and Belgium. The roles of Dmitry Prodanov are mainly taken from the plays of Russian classics. But the most outstanding is the portrayal of Simon Zelote in the acclaimed rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar 1990. For two years, the actor traveled around the world on tour of his best theatrical works. And in 1991 his work was finally appreciated: the actor became a laureate of the Laurence Olivier Prize, one of the most significant theater awards in Britain. The actor continues his work in the theater today, and films with Dmitry Prodanov still delight the audience.
