Born 31 December 1941, Ingatestone, Essex, England - English theater and film actress.
At the age of 15 she entered the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.
In 1962, Miles made his debut in the film A Semester of Trials. A few years later, she became a popular actress in the British "new wave", performing roles in the films "Servant" by Joseph Losey and "Magnification" by Michelangelo Antonioni.
In 1970 she starred in David Lean's Ryan's Daughter, for which she was nominated for Oscar and BAFTA Best Actress. After that, Sarah was out of sight of the film industry as she played mainly in the theater.
