Born June 18, 1975, Dolzha, Vitebsk District, Vitebsk Region, Byelorussian SSR - Belarusian screenwriter and producer
Graduated from Vitebsk State University. In the mid-1990s, he played in KVN - he was the captain of the BSU team. Later he wrote scripts for various KVN teams. In 2002-2003 he was a screenwriter at the Pilot-TV studio. Then, since 2003, he worked at REN TV as a scriptwriter.
In 2005, Vitaly Shlyappo switched to the STS channel, where he became the scriptwriter and creative producer of many of the channel's successful projects. In particular, he was engaged in the development of ideas for the original series "Daddy's Daughters", "I Fly", "Give Young People!", "Toys" .
Back in 2008, Vitaly Shlyappo began cooperation with the production company Yellow, Black and White. In 2011, he leaves STS TV channel and becomes the producer of "Yellow, Black and White". Despite leaving STS, Vitaly Shlyappo continued to develop most of his projects specifically for this TV channel (the most successful ones are Kitchen, Two Fathers and Two Sons, Hotel Eleon).
