Alexandra Danilova was born in Krasnokutsk, Kharkov province, in 1918. She entered VGIK, where, while still a student, she was noted by director Sergei Eisenstein, who invited Alexandra to play her first film role - the role of Vasilisa in the film Alexander Nevsky. During the war he moved to Alma-Ata, but after that he returned to the capital and began active cooperation with the Mosfilm studio and the Actor's Theater-Studio.
