In 1973 he graduated from the Kharkov State Institute of Arts. I.P. Kotlyarevsky (now Kharkiv University of Arts named after I.P. Kotlyarevsky), course of T.K. Olkhovsky.
From 1974 to 1988 he worked at the Crimean Drama Theater. Maxim Gorky, from 1988 to 1990 - at the Kiev Academic Young Theater.
Since 1990 - an actor of the Drama and Comedy Theater on the left bank of the Dnieper.
