When Kurbas was arrested in 1933, Krushelnitsky was appointed to the position of artistic director of the theater, where Marian worked until 1952, playing many more roles in the productions of Platon Krechet (1934), Pravda (1937), Les (1940 ), "General Vatutin" (1947) and others. In 1952, the actor decided to move to Kiev. He begins to work in the drama theater named after. Franco. And two years later he becomes its chief director. Krushelnitsky was able to pass on his knowledge to young artists, becoming a teacher at the Kharkov and then Kiev Theater Institute.
