Nikolay Mordvinov is a Russian film actor, director, cultural activist. Born in February 1901 in the city of Yadrin (modern Chuvashia). Since childhood, he had unusual hobbies, was fond of theatrical art. In his youth, he decided to enter the Yadrinsky School, where he actively participated in amateur performances and all kinds of productions. Soon, his native school merged with a women's school and retrained into a labor educational institution.
