Andrey Noskov was born in Novaya Kakhovka (Kherson region), and began to engage in creative activity during the days of school desks - he staged performances, took part in reading contests, was a member of a local clown group.

After finishing school, Noskov confidently decides to enter the Leningrad Institute of Tetra. He successfully passes the entrance exams and becomes a student of Andreev's course.
