Born April 23, 1961, Mission Hills, California, USA - American film, television and voice actor, producer.

He was left without a father when he was two months old and without a mother at the age of ten, after which he was raised by his maternal grandparents. He graduated from San Fernando High School in California in 1979.

In 2000, one of George's stand-up performances was attended by the famous actress Sandra Bullock and invited him to try his hand at starring in a comedy on television. The result of this was his 2002 George Lopez show. Before that, he had already starred in a couple of motion pictures in cameo roles.
