In 1954 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Repin (workshop of E. Levinson), in 1967 - the director's department of the All-Russian Union of Artists (workshop of L. Trauberg). Since 1955 - production designer at the Lenfilm cinema. Participant of numerous collective art exhibitions.
