Nuri Bilge Ceylan - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Born on January 26, 1959 in Istanbul (Bakirkoy district), in the family of an agricultural engineer M. Emin Ceylan. He spent his childhood in his father's homeland in the city of Yenice in northwestern Turkey. Graduated from Istanbul Bosphorus University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, then studied film art at Mimar Sinan University. He was engaged in photography, shot several short films.
