He graduated from GITIS, worked in the theaters named after Gogol, MGSPS and the Theater-Studio of the film actor.
In 1932 he was an actor in the Far Eastern Theater.
He was actively filming in the 1950s-1960s.
Viktor Mikhailovich was appreciated by the famous director Grigory Kozintsev. He took an actor in notable episodes in his landmark films Don Quixote and Hamlet .
He was buried in Moscow at the Vagankovsky cemetery (section 10).
