Graduated from the acting department of I.K. Karpenko-Kary (1953).
Since 1953 he has been an actor of the Lesya Ukrainka Kiev Academic Russian Drama Theater.
Since 1975 - teacher of the I.K. Karpenko-Kary and the Kiev variety studio.
Popularity among the mass audience brought the actor the role of the district police officer Sanko from the television series "Born by the Revolution" (1976-1977).
