Spartak Vasilyevich Mishulin is a native Muscovite. He was raised by one mother, and received an unusual name for hearing at the insistence of his uncle, a historian specializing in the ancient Roman period.
During the Great Patriotic War, Spartak Mishulin studied at the artillery school, where he organized amateur performances. He was the director of the village House of Culture of the Kalinin (now Tver) region, worked in several provincial theaters. In an official marriage with Valentina Konstantinovna Mishulina, a daughter, Karina, was born (1979).
