Soviet theater and film actor Ivan Pereverzev was born in the Oryol province in the fall of 1914. He grew up in a family of poor peasants. As a child, Ivan did not even dream of becoming an actor - almost no one from his entourage knew about this profession in those years.
Pereverzev was a practical guy from a young age, so he mastered the corresponding specialty. So, eighteen-year-old Ivan became a fitter-adjuster and got a job at the Sharikopodshipnik plant.
Thanks to a casual acquaintance, the young man unexpectedly found himself on the set. Thus, in 1932, the first film with Ivan Pereverzev was released - Ivan Pyriev's propaganda drama about the vices of capitalist life. A small role in this picture was enough for Pereverzev to fall in love with cinema forever. Ivan left the factory machine and entered the theater studio. Having successfully completed it at the age of 24, Pereverzev became on the same level with his older and more experienced colleagues.
In 1938, Ivan joined the troupe of the Theater of the Revolution. After working here for about a year, he moved to the Mossovet Theater, and then, in 1945, he became an employee of the Theater-Studio of Film Actor. Ivan received his second film role in the film The Private Life of Peter Vinogradov in 1934. And a few years later, Pereverzev brilliantly coped with the main role in the film by Vladimir Korsh-Sablin called My Love. Gradually, the actor won respect and love from more and more viewers.
Ivan Pereverzev has several dozen films on his account.
