Born January 29, 1970, Milwaukee is an American actress, producer, director, and screenwriter.

Since 1991 she has been practicing Hinduism.

Graham attended elementary school in Springfield, Virginia, then moved with her family to the Conejo Valley, near Los Angeles, where she graduated from Agoura High School in 1988.

At first, Graham's parents were sympathetic to her early acting career, but made sure that she did not participate in films depicting sex and nudity. However, Graham did appear completely nude in several scenes of Boogie Nights (1997). Graham is now completely alienated from her parents, who continue to adhere to Catholicism.

In 1991, Graham appeared on the television series Twin Peaks, playing the role of Annie Blackburn.

After graduating from high school, Graham attended continuing education courses at the University of California, Los Angeles. On them she met the actor James Woods. It is possible that due to their romance, the actress was cast to participate in the film "Duel in Diggstown" (1992) with Woods.

After two years of training, Graham stopped attending them and devoted herself entirely to her acting career, despite objections from her parents. She moved to Hollywood, where she changed several jobs and at the same time continued her formation as an actress.

As a supporting cast member, Graham has several roles, including the role of Nadine in Pharmacy Cowboy (1989). Her breakthrough role, however, was her role as a 1970s porn youngster in Boogie Nights, for which she received multiple award nominations.

Her first role as a lead actress was as Felicia Trachwell in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Seduced Me (1999). She also appeared on the video for the film American Woman soundtrack (written by Lenny Kravitz).

In 2001, Graham starred as Mary Kelly in Out of Hell, a film adaptation of the story of Jack the Ripper. In 2002, she starred in the film Guru, as well as in the less successful film Kill Me Softly.

People magazine named Graham one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world (2001).

Graham also played herself in one of the episodes of the television series Sex and the City, starred in nine episodes of the NBC series Clinic (fourth season, 2004-2005) and in a small role as a teacher in the series Arrested Development of the Fox film company ...

In 2005, Graham began representing the Garnier brand, advertising hair care products. Graham's photographs of a 1993 SKYY vodka ad can still be found in magazines.

One of Graham's last jobs was the 2006 ABC sitcom Five Reasons to Say No, however, after first airing on January 9, 2006, the show was canceled. Due to the pre-printed Life magazine covers and no one expected the show to be canceled, the Heather Graham story came out on January 27, 2006, where she was named "TV's sexiest star" ... The billboards for the show also remained in place for several weeks after the series was canceled.
