Kevin Joseph Zegers was born in September 1984, in a Canadian provincial town called Woodstock. Kevin's father is an ordinary worker, and his mother is a teacher. The independent painting Transamerica has brought Tucker many awards, and Kevin Zegers long-awaited fame, recognition and the Cannes Film Festival prize. In the same year, Zegers starred in the successful Anglo-Canadian comedy Boy in a Girl, in which he had to swap bodies with the charming actress Samira Armstrong, and, as they say, "be in someone else's shoes."
