Soviet and American actor.
Graduated from the Kiev Institute of Theatrical Art named after I. Karpenko-Kary. Until 1971 he was an actor of the Kiev Theater of Russian Drama. Lesya Ukrainka, then with his wife, actress Nonna Terentyeva, left for Moscow. He worked at the Moscow Gogol Theater.
In 1979 he left for the USA, later married Helen Robinson. He actively starred in Hollywood, wrote scripts. Has two sons.
