American actress Clea DuVall was born in September 1977 in Los Angeles, the daughter of actor Steph DuVall, who became famous for her role in The Guardian, after which she played episodic characters in Ambulance, 24 Hours, True Blood. The actress's parents divorced in 1989, and when her mother remarries, the girl drops out of school and moves out of her parents' apartment.
