Victor Gvozditsky was born in the Krasnodar Territory in September 1952. He grew up in a simple family, where his father was a machinist, and my mother worked at a school as a teacher. When a little boy was still at school, standing on stage, reading his poems and playing different roles in performances and productions, he immediately fell in love with the stage and the audience and decided that in the future he would acquire such a profession as an actor. As soon as he crossed the threshold of the school, at the age of 15, Viktor Gvozditsky entered the theater school. At the age of 19 he got a job in the troupe of the Riga Theater. The first role of the actor was in the production of Green Bird, prompter. During the two years that he worked at the Riga Theater, he played in 10 performances, such as Youth of the Theater, Karlson's New Adventures, Valentin and Valentina, Brother Alyosha, and others.

In 1974 the director V.S.Golikov invited the young actor to the troupe of the Leningrad Comedy Theater. Here, in the production of Romance directed by E. Rostand and the first performance took place, where the actor performed in front of the audience in the role of Persine. At 33, Gvozditsky left everything and went to conquer Moscow. Viktor Gvozditsky does not have a rich filmography, since he devoted his entire life and acting career to the theater. In the Moscow Art Theater named after Chekhov, the artist played many roles, and this brought him success. The audience looked at the actor with great delight, because Victor gained such popularity with the help of director Oleg Efremov.

During his short, unfortunately, life, Victor changed many groups and theaters, and everywhere he was waiting for great success and many fans of his work.
