1967-1971 - actress of the Velikie Luki Drama Theater (Pskov Region).

In 1971-1987 - actress of the Gomel Regional Drama Theater (Byelorussian SSR).

Since 1987 - actress of the Russian State Academic Drama Theater named after Fyodor Volkov (Yaroslavl).

Irina Cheltsova Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1998).
