Born November 17, 1979 in the Oryol region (Russia), in the family of directors Nina and Oleg Permyakov.
In 2002 he graduated from the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, specializing in Management in the field of show business.
From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a manager at Vlad Ryashin's Melorama production agency (Inter TV channel), then as an executive producer at the People's Artist of Ukraine Oksana Bilozir's company "Ukraine - XXI Century" .
Artistic director of the Golden Key Theater and the Studio 22 Youth Theater (Evpatoria, Republic of Crimea). Head of Andrey Permyakov's Theater Studio.
Honored Art Worker of Crimea (2012) .
Member of the STD RF (2014).
Since 2016, member of the board of the Crimean regional branch of the STD RF.
