At the age of seven she moved to London with her family.
Her interest in acting was awakened after she watched Akila's Trial.
Her role in the film "My Brother the Devil" was noticed by the magazine "Screen International", which named her among the stars of the future 2012. For her role as Jamie Harrison in City Anthem, Wright was nominated for the UK Independent Film Awards in the Most Promising Debut category.
