Born May 10, 1992, known simply as Charis, is a Filipino singer and actress who achieved popularity through YouTube.
At the age of 14, she appeared on Star King, performing a song with the main vocalist of the popular Korean group Super Junior, Kyuhyun. Oprah Winfrey named her "The Most Talented Girl in the World" .
In 2010, she released her first international album, Charice, which entered the top 10 of the Billboard 200, making her the first Asian female singer in history to hit the top 10.
