Born September 13, 1957, Brooklyn, New York - American drummer, known for his work in the "heavy" bands - Black Sabbath, Dio, Heaven and Hell. Descendant of immigrants from Italy. At the age of 16 he also played with John Lennon. The younger brother of drummer Carmin Appisi.
Born in Brooklyn to Carmine Charles and Mary Appis.
