At the age of three, Christa was photographed with her mother, a famous 1960s model, for the Redbook. This moment can be called predetermining the fate of Miller. The actress's father was against her career in art; he wanted his daughter to receive a more serious education. But Christa chose the profession of a model, starred in Japanese and European magazines. The actress played her first role in the 1984 prime-time television series Kate & Allie.
In 1990, Miller moved to Los Angeles. From the same year, she began to actively act in films.
Christa Miller was on the cover of the first issue of the American edition of Maxim magazine.
