Born October 27, 1975, Montreal, Quebec, Canada - Canadian theater, film, voiceover and motion capture actor of Greek descent.
Graduated from high school in 1994; 2000 - Dawson College with a DEC Diploma in Performing Arts.
In 2001 he went to New York, but after staying there for a little over a year, returned to Montreal penniless.
In 2004, Elias played the role of a young student Roger in the Canadian science fiction film Lures. The film was not a success, but the actor saved enough money to move to Vancouver and continue his activities there.
At first, Toufexis played small roles. He ultimately took part in the television film Where Dreams May Lead (2004), based on the book by Mitch Albom, which stars Jon Voight, Michael Imperioli and Jeff Daniels.
Elias Toufexis played the role of Weber in the hit TV series Supernatural. This was followed by roles in the series "Smallville": the first was insignificant, then the actor played Bronson and the third time - Emile Lasalle.
Toufexis began his career in voice acting and motion capture in computer games in 2006 in Need for Speed: Carbon. Since then, he has become a voice actor for many video games. Toufexis's wife Michelle Bobak (also an actress) voiced Megan Reed in this game. According to the actor, he himself is a fan of the "Deus Ex" series of video games, in particular, the original game, published in 2000.
