Born September 9, 1943 - American-Korean actor. Kim has also directed and directed the American Players Theater in Spring Green, Wisconsin, which he co-founded with Ann Ockyogrosso and Charles Bright. Since his 18th birthday, Kim has portrayed a wide variety of stage roles, but perhaps the most famous role of his career was the Key Master in The Matrix Reloaded. He was one of the first Asian-American actors to star in an American production of Shakespeare, when he played the title role at the New York Public Theater in 1974, where Pericles was staged. He spent most of his career in the theater. He also starred in Hamlet at the Guthrie Theater in 1978-79.
He played Kralaholme in the revived "The King and I" on Broadway in 1996, he later became successful in the title role. He voiced Master Oogway in Kung Fu Panda. In 2008, he portrayed Dashiel Kim in an episode of The Fringe, produced by J.J. Abrams. He also played Gohan's grandfather in the 2009 television adaptation of Dragonball: Evolution and the tattoo artist in the movie Ninja Assassin.
