Born November 25, 1978, Rueil-Malmaison, France - French actor and screenwriter.
In 2005, Julien joined the comedy group La Bande a Fifi, which was founded by Michel Denisot. In addition to Arruti, the group was attended by novice at that time actors Philippe Lacho, Rem Kerisi, Tarek Budali and Pascal Boisson.
The band originally performed short live scenes at local theaters. In 2006, the team created their own show of the same name, which was broadcast on the Fun TV channel.
