The son of athlete and actor Jean-Claude Van Damme and ex-bodybuilder Gladys Portugues. His sister, Bianca, is also an actress.
Christopher's first appearance in the movie took place in 1992 with a cameo role of the young Luc Devereaux in the fantastic action movie "Universal Soldier". In the future, he invariably starred in films with his father. The only exception was the film "Boxer", which was released in 2012.
