Born February 24, 1963, London - English actor.
In War Horse, he had a small role as Sergeant Sam Perkins in the British Army, who briefly looked after Joey and Trapper's horses at the start of the film. One of his most famous films is Hooligans, where he appeared as Tommy Hatcher, an opponent of the main characters. In 2008, Bell starred in the UK film Long Range Without Brakes, directed by John Iway. Appearing alongside Gary Stretch and Phil Daniels, the film followed three bikers on a drug-ridden path to Wales.
He most recently appeared in Tormented as a physical education teacher, which was released May 22, 2009 in the UK, opposite Alex Pettyfer, April Pearson and Calvin Dean, and he will also appear in Wild Thing as Dixon's assistant, alongside Rupert Grint, Bill Nighy and Rupert Everett.
In the spring of 2010, Bell appeared in Prodigal Daughters as Roy Lambert, a drama about the murders of five prostitutes in Ipswich, Suffolk. In 2011, Bell appeared in Channel 4's four-episode drama Boss .
