Born February 17, 1949, USA - American producer, screenwriter and actor.
Graduated from the University of Florida with the title of MII (Master of Fine Arts). He put his hand to a huge number of animation projects from Disney and Warner Bros. Animation (DC Animation Division). He works especially closely with the latter. Virtually none of their projects have passed without the participation of Barnett, who has been producing them since the days of "Super Friends" (1973-1986). In addition, he also works from time to time with cartoon scripts. For example, he was the screenwriter of one of the parts of the animated almanac "Batman: Gotham Knight" (2008).
