Born December 5, 1976 is an American actress.
Graduated from Lake Highlands High School. She subsequently earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Southern Methodist University.
In her third year in college, she briefly modeled for J. Crew's clothing catalog. In 1999, she was nominated for the Leon Rabin Award for her role in Teresa Raken. In the same year, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
Ecker's major television debut was the role of Winifred Burkle in the third to fifth seasons of Angel and the role of Illyria in the fifth season of the series. In 2003, she won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Angel.
In 2005, Ecker joined the cast of The Spy, playing the negative character Kelly Payton. Beginning as a guest star, Ecker is fully credited to the cast of the series and appears in the final episodes in April and May 2006.
Also in 2005, Ecker voiced the role of the Huntress in the Justice League animated series. The actress also starred as a guest star on How I Met Your Mother and A Doll's House, where she played in ten of the thirteen episodes of the first season.
In 2010, Ecker landed one of the lead roles in the ABC series Happy City. She also landed a role in the 2011 film Cabin in the Woods, Ecker's first 3D work.
